About Us

ThomasOUR VISION

To help coaches run effective soccer practices developing teams and players. In practice drills, our players never stand around. We believe in constant movement with a ball.

Great Coaches + Great Practices = Great Players + Winning Teams.

OUR MISSION

We are a team of soccer and sports coaching specialists dedicated to making soccer coaching easier by doing all the research and developing practices and drills that allow the coach to focus on building a winning team. Our soccer drills are based on leading FIFA countries (Germany, Holland) best practices as studied by Tom Sauder.

With all our direct associates, we are drawing on the experience of over 150 years of soccer coaching at all levels, as well as fitness, nutrition and mental training.

As well I continuously update myself on the latest youth and children soccer development programs from leading soccer nations, particularly those of my native Germany – current holders of the FIFA World Cup.
